About

Though Sapphire Accounting Solutions was only established in 2020, we have 21 years experience in the accounting industry, working with a wide range of businesses including small businesses, not for profit entities and charities, and State and Federal Government entities. We love working with individual clients too!

Being a small practice, you can be assured that the person you talk to at your very first contact with us is the person who will look after you the whole time you are connected with us. You won’t be transferred amongst staff members, just one accountant to look after you from start to finish. We believe that relationship is important and allows us to better service your needs.

We think that professional development is important. We strive to be up to date an all legislative changes that may affect your business, no matter what industry you are in. In addition to this, we are constantly updating our knowledge of cloud-based accounting software. Unlike many other accounting firms, Sapphire Accounting Solutions is not affiliated with any one particular software provider. We don’t receive commissions or benefits for referring particular products to clients. We can recommend what we think is the best software fit for your business.

Sapphire Accounting Solutions is currently a certified pro-adviser for Xero and Intuit Quickbooks Online, and we also have extensive experience with MYOB and Reckon. If you already use an accounting package you are happy with, we won’t make you change to something else. And, if we don’t know a lot about your preferred program, we’ll learn.
